SalaryNow operates with strict bank-level security. All data transmission, payroll transaction logs, and employee bank details are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and at rest with AES-256 bit keys.
2. Personal Information We Collect
In partnership with employers and OPay, we process employee details (names, job titles, bank account numbers, and daily wage logs) strictly to compute Earned Wage Access eligibility. We do not sell or monetize personal employee datasets to third-party aggregators.
3. NDPR & Global Compliance
Our services are aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Employees retain the right to audit their transaction history, request profile summaries, and terminate data processing limits in coordination with their respective company HR administrators.
